Parent Volunteers

Many of the programs offered by Blessed Sacrament School rely upon volunteer help provided by our parents and friends. You are an important part of the "social capital" that makes our school work. Please fill out the following form and return it to school with your student. If you are aware of persons who do not have students in our school but who would enjoy volunteering, please copy and then pass this form on to them.

Retired persons and grandparents are most welcome!

All regular volunteers in Catholic schools are now required to have a background check and be fingerprinted. The PTO has an additional volunteer form for their activities.

You may fill out the form below or print the Volunteer Form.
